History of Excellence
Our legacy spans 33 years and encompasses
eight neighborhood clinics serving more than 100,000
patients.
Our People
Our staff and Providers are what make the “Aspen Experience”
different. Many of our 900 employees live
and participate in the neighborhood where
they work, connecting with their community
and patients in a variety of settings.
Patient Satisfaction
Our patients routinely provide us feedback regarding
our service through formal surveys and unsolicited
communications. We use this information as a
way to identify opportunities for continuous
improvement.
Your Voice
Every year, Aspen staff and Providers
participate in independent employee satisfaction
surveys. Our leadership team, in collaboration
with our employees, uses the results to prioritize
initiatives and continuously improve our work
environments.
Labor Management Committee
Through our Labor Management Committee,
union members and managers share information,
responsibility and decision-making.
Learning & Development
Aspen provides dynamic opportunities to add to your knowledge, enhance your skills and share your expertise. Employee development is a key part of our culture defined as the Aspen Experience.
Part of this experience is to receive coaching and training to prepare you for what we believe is our mission to have a great place to work and to provide excellent care for patients. Offerings range from formal training session on leadership and supervisory development to on-site guided small group discussions to business technical training as some of the offerings available to you at Aspen Medical Group.
